eeeDays 2022 are just around the corner. Between the 12-13 April, almost two months later than planned, the restrictions are finally over and a 2-day fair will take place physically in the halls of EC. As a visiting student, you may have a few wonders regarding the fair. What will happen? And how can you make the best out of eeeDays2022? Keep on reading!

The eeeDays is LundaEkonomernas annually business, IT and career fair where companies and students get to meet and connect in several ways. This year, over 50 visiting companies will attend eeeDays, one of the most important events at LUSEM. The fair is valuable for both attending companies’ development as well as us students. If you are looking for internships, summer jobs or your future workplace, this is your chance! But the concept contains much more than just a fair. Lectures, events, interviews and the closing banquet Pytten is what awaits hundreds of students in about one week.

Speakers

As usual, eeeDays 2022 offers several interesting lectures in the Crafoord hall.  This year’s lineup is an interesting group of people with different experiences such as Carl Woreus, Head of Domestic Clients, Agencies & Partners at Google. If you want to hear more about rhetorical skills in the business world, don’t miss out on Rebecka Logrell, rhetoric consultant and lecturer, the 12/4. Sign up has already started, so be fast! If you are one of the 50 first to sign up (for some of the lectures), you’ll get to enjoy a free lunch.

Sponsors and goodie bags

The eeeDays is backed up by several sponsors. Every day, there will be goodie bags with tasty and useful products from the sponsors of the fair. According to Adam Bygdesson, – responsible for spons during the fair – drinks from Celsius, Booster, and vegan bars from OatLaws are only three examples of what you as a student will get the opportunity to taste if you attend the goodie bag drops. For a few lucky people, there will also be exclusive prices from Studio and Corlin Eyewear.

Tips from the project leaders

But who knows more about eeeDays 2022 than the project leaders themselves? Johanna Schoug and Eric Hemmingsson have worked – and are still working – hard to make eeeDays 2022 happen. I decided to ask them about their best tips for a student visiting the fair:

“Our tip when visiting the fair is to not be shy and try to mingle with as many companies as possible! The company representatives want to talk to you and are super excited to be there and to meet YOU. Even if you are not actively looking for a job, you might be surprised by the opportunities that are offered and you might get inspired of what you want to do in the future, maybe you’ll even get in touch with your future employer!

The Fair is a big event, and there will be something to do for everyone! We encourage everyone studying at LUSEM to walk through the fair during the days to look around and ask questions, try to win some nice prizes in the company stands competitions, mingle with friends and representatives, grab a lunch during our lectures and of course DON’T MISS the daily goodie bag drops!”

As one of 32 students working with eeeDays 2022, I can tell you that it’s been a big project where a lot of people have worked hard to make the best fair they can. And it will be a lot of fun! Visit https://eee.lundaekonomerna.se/ to find out more about what will happen during this year’s version of eeeDays, and I will see you there between the 12-13 of April!
